aijia, i wen and i had planned to go to do cip at toa payoh library then go train stamina at toa payoh stadium after tt. we were supposed to meet at 10 a.m. at the library.
this morning when i woke up, i was so shocked to see tt it's already 9.20 a.m.! so i quickly rushed and rushed and rushed. i even put my breakfast in a plastic bag and eat it on my way out . i went out at abt 9.40 a.m. When i walked, i suddenly rmbed tt i forgot to wear my specs. i decided not to care. suddenly, i heard my mum call me frm upstairs, then she was giving hand-signals then i cant see clearly. then i wanted to walk back, when i was walking back, my mum seemed to ask me to go, so i didnt go back. my mum called my phone and said she wanted to bring my specs to me. then i waited at the bus stop.
this morning at abt 1+ a.m., aijia smsed me and told me the library is closed on public holidays, then she asked me if we still wanted to go. but when i read the sms, it's already very late and i tot tt i wen shld hav been on her way there already so i decided to go, and i replied aijia. but aijia didnt reply and i was so scared in the end i would be the only one there. but luckily, i wen was there when i went there. i was late by abt 15 min.
i wen and i then called aijia to ask if she wanted to cum but aijia siad she had sore eye... so sad:( the both of us then went to the toa payoh stadium. we put sunblock then carried on with our 2.4 run. i wen said we ran too slow for our 1st round. we took abt 2 min 40s juz for the first round. as we jogged, i wen became more and more ahead of me and i was more and more behind of her, i was panting lyk mad. then for the last round, i decided to catch up so tt my timing will not be so bad. i increased my speed and i overtook i wen and in the end, i reached the finishing line a few secs faster than i wen. i took 15 min and 5 s for the 6 rounds. tt's bad... both of us deproved. and i wen said we must improve the nxt time.
we rested then tok and tok and tok for quite a long time. then i wen brought me to the place where the high jump heats was held. and i kept jumping and jumping, but i dun seem to be able to jump well. my posture was so ugly and bad, i was lyk juz running to lie on the mattress. haha! i cant jump as nice as quan:(
then we practise sprinting.we dun seem to hav the 'power' to sprint today. i dun feel the wind landing on my face and my legs was unable to stretch, i felt tt my body was very heavy:( maybe it's becos there wasn't many competitors.
we went back to toa payoh hub and ate lunch. then we went home.
