i just came back from shanghai, hsk trip. i spent almost 2 weeks there. the weather there is quite cold although the sun is still quite scorching. i like the weather there cause we seldom experience this type of weather in singapore.
Before i left for shanghai, i was nervous and scared as there were 40+ students and abt 10 adults going. i had to survive with this strangers for so many days... for the first few days, it's only the few cedarians hanging out together all the time. we felt bored so we decided to make some new friends. and at the end of this trip, i have made many many new friends who are funny and friendly. i feel really damn depressed now that we have separated afte this trip but i know our friendship will not break.
During this trip, all of us had built strong ties with one another. we bonded well together and i would not forget the great times we shared and worked well together. everyone is nice:)
oh and the class is split into 2 grps and we had a mini competition. huiyu, xiao jun, wing hay and i chose to sing as it's the easiest thing for us to do. i was really suay as i had a sore throat during the trip and i was losing my voice. luckily everything went well ytd during the performance. it's my first time standing in front of so many people to sing. the feeling is so shiok! and i like our group cheer. it's so powerful. 番茄炒蛋一极棒!!! and we won! i'm so proud of our grp:) but the other grp did well too:) i will remembe the bloody red and disgusting yellow nail polish on our nails. haha it's super funny as the guys had them on too:)
shanghai food is quite horrible cos some dishes are very very salty. i'm almost very hungry after every meal. and we had to walk a long distance from the hotel to the school. i hope i have lost some weight during thetrip:)
i've really enjoyed this trip and i really hope that i can stay there for another 2 weeks. it's super fun! i've never stayed and hung out with strangers for such a long time before, so you can imagine how close we are. i will not forget any of you guys! we shall meet out together when we are free.
