today was a shuang day:) first time in jc when i rly perspired so damn much after exercise. good good can lose weight ba:D went track to meet cheryl and kai yun for exercise early this morning. the sky was still so dark la. then saw 2 girls jogging on the track. yay i jogged 2 rounds with them and they pro, jogged 4 rounds. then they did sit-ups while i did squats. but just now during pe, tink jin faye said tt doing squats will make butt big. shit. hope it's not. then did 马步 and arm exercise. hah i died super fast for 马步 cos just finished doing 40 squats and somemore i nv train and exercise for so long, my body's getting weaker. i was alrdy amazed tt i haven died aft the 2 rounds though it was only 2 rounds. hah. all 3 of us felt so shuang aft exercising and perspiring so much:) hah we going to exercise every tues and thurs:) yay we shall lose lots of weight! lyk what i had said to hannah and jin faye they all, i'm not going to let my diet plan fail! haha.
then during pe, played captain's ball. loser's team had to do 5 pumpings aft every ball lost. i felt so guilty not doing with them again:( then in the end, teacher suggested me doing squats and yay i did 5 each time which i tot was very little compared to the 5 pumpings. and now, my thighs are aching cos did abt 60 squats today in total. but very shuang. meaning muscles are forming:) lose fats lose fats lose fats! and squash is rly fun when u rly get to chase and hit the ball:) but heard tt our next pe module is gonna be wrestling. it's seriously crazy. tt time, i'm just not going to do pe. anw dun tink i can wrestle. lucky i got long-term mc. hah. but the rest i dunno how they gonna wrestle:/
